Teacher Workshops

Rising commodity prices, energy security, waste and pollution are the challenges of our times and we hear about them every day.  The circular economy is about turning this challenge into an opportunity - to re-think, re-design and build a positive future.  In a resource constrained world it is vital that waste is designed out and products are made to be made again.  The Ellen MacArthur Foundation was formed in 2010 to inspire a generation to rethink, redesign and build a positive future. The transition to a circular economy presents a huge economic opportunity, worth up to USD 630 billion per annum to the European economy according to a recent report by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and McKinsey.
